Tullochgorum Cottage is a detached farm cottage in a lawned fenced garden, set back off the farm road in the beautiful Speyside countryside.

The cottage has spectacular views across the River Spey to the Cairngorm Mountain Range with its funicular railway.

The Strathspey Steam Railway runs alongside the cottage and there is a vast RSPB reserve is close by, with the famous ospreys at Loch Garten an added attraction. 

Salmon and trout fishing is available by permit in the pools along the River Spey, which is reached by a path directly from the Cottage.

Aviemore and Grantown-on-Spey are thriving shopping centres 7 miles away and Boat of Garten and Nethy Bridge are both 3 miles where there are village shops, restaurants and pubs.

The A9, which is the main north-south road through the centre of Scotland, is just north of Aviemore, 9 miles from Tullochgorum,
